Why a mastermind group?

 

Once you have started your journey of transformation you will need the help of your mastermind group members to stay on track.  

 

A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve individual success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. The Acorn mastermind group is a group of like-minded members who participated in the Acorn Program.   

 

Facilitators are the secret to thriving mastermind groups.  Group facilitators will be assigned to your group and guided by more experienced facilitators. Your mastermind group facilitator will start and run the group. They help the group to dive deeply into fruitful discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it.

 

After the first meeting, each mastermind group will set their own agenda and meeting dates. The groups will be able to set up quarterly meetings with me.   What you will get from these groups are accountability partners, who will give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and solutions to tricky problems. This is a great way get help while giving back.   

 

This opportunity is open to all participants of the “Acorn Program” and members are assigned to groups for life at no additional cost.
